Position: Homeroom ESG Teacher (Girls)
Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and dedicated ESG teacher to serve as a homeroom teacher for our female students. This role involves leading the homeroom class while integrating ESG principles into the curriculum and school activities. The ideal candidate will inspire students to become socially responsible, environmentally conscious, and ethical leaders of tomorrow.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary homeroom teacher for a group of girls, providing academic support and pastoral care.
Develop and implement ESG-focused lesson plans aligned with the American curriculum.
Promote awareness and active participation in sustainability, social justice, and ethical governance initiatives.
Collaborate with other faculty to integrate ESG values across subjects.
Organize and lead ESG-related school projects, community service, and extracurricular activities.
Communicate regularly with parents about student progress and well-being.
Support the school’s mission to develop responsible global citizens.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Environmental Studies, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Teaching certification/license preferred.
Minimum 2 years teaching experience, ideally with ESG or related subjects.
Experience working in an international or American curriculum school is highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Passionate about sustainability, ethics, and social responsibility.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
